Key responsibilities

  • Carry out general admin duties
  • Answering various enquiries from customers or other departments
  • Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently
  • Create and update records and databases
  • Following up and documenting activities
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Filing documents on the PC & paperwork into folders
