**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant & Office Coordinator to join our Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the relevant staff member

• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or area

• Processing card payments and setting up clients on internal software programs

• Performing word processing tasks, including data entry and document preparation

• Processing anti-money laundering forms and debt collection

• Booking meeting rooms and arranging travel arrangements

• Filing, photocopying, and collating information, as well as performing general clerical work

• Providing company secretarial support, including preparing and filing documents

• Scanning documents and performing other ad-hoc duties as required

**Requirements**

• 4 or more GCSEs at grade C or above, including English

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Personable and professional demeanor

• Experience working in a similar environment, such as accountancy or law firms, is desirable
