Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist. This role will provide administrative assistance to our Project Teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the administration of tenders and their submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support Project Teams with a variety of tasks, including the production of O&M Manuals upon project completion.
  • Develop and maintain case studies to showcase our company's expertise and success.
  • Obtain supplier quotes, issue purchase orders, and dispatch POs to suppliers, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, contractors, suppliers, and statutory authorities as needed, providing excellent communication and customer service.
  • Manage documentation in both digital and physical formats, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform general office administration and related duties, ensuring the office runs efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in an office environment, with a friendly and approachable nature.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, with self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.
