We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equal Resourcing Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the administration of tenders and their submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Support Project Teams with a variety of tasks, including the production of O&M Manuals upon project completion, and contribute to the development of case studies.
Obtain supplier quotes, issue purchase orders, and dispatch POs to suppliers, maintaining effective communication with internal staff, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities.
Manage documentation in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Perform general office administration and related duties, providing exceptional support to our team.
Requirements
Previous experience working within an office environment, with a friendly and approachable nature.
Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, with self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.
