Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Equal Resourcing Limited. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the administration of tenders and their submissions, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.

  • Support Project Teams with a variety of tasks, including the production of O&M Manuals upon project completion, and contribute to the development of case studies.

  • Obtain supplier quotes, issue purchase orders, and dispatch POs to suppliers, maintaining effective communication with internal staff, clients, contractors, and statutory authorities.

  • Manage documentation in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Perform general office administration and related duties, providing exceptional support to our team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an office environment, with a friendly and approachable nature.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe, with self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.
