About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Haematology Oncology Day Unit (HODU) team. Your duties will include scheduling, patient management, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HODU team, including scheduling and patient management
  • Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and external partners

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work
