We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Mitie Team and provide administrative support in a dynamic and varied role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
  • Booking travel arrangements and coordinating logistics
  • Completing purchase orders and invoicing
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our Mitie guests

Requirements:

  • Administrative or customer services background
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work to deadlines
