As an Administrator in our Mitie Team, you will provide administrative support in a varied and interesting role. Your responsibilities will include ordering office supplies, booking travel, completing purchase orders, and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Mitie Team
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Book travel and arrange meetings
  • Complete purchase orders and invoices
  • Provide excellent customer service to Mitie guests

Requirements:

  • Administrative or customer services background
  • Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work to deadlines
