Job Title: Experienced Full-time Office Administrator

Fix Auto Portsmouth is seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to join our team. As an HR and Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our management team with a wide range of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compiling data and generating reports to inform business decisions
  • Managing employee data and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes to ensure effective communication
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including hiring processes and employee onboarding
  • Organizing training events and maintaining employee records
  • Assisting senior management with implementing business initiatives
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records

Excellent IT skills and experience in the vehicle accident repair industry are highly desirable. If you are a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual with a passion for administration, we encourage you to apply.

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
