Role Responsibilities
- Defining the 3-5 year vision and direction for the Whoosh business, collaborating with Product and UX teams to enhance the end-to-end customer experience.
- Increasing market share by achieving anticipated Whoosh sales growth within budget.
- Managing and enhancing on-demand fulfilment operations, including store expansion and coordination with third-party delivery providers.
- Ensuring smooth operation of on-demand services, considering seasonal influences (e.g., holidays, adverse weather).
- Continuously improving Online trading content and overall web and app experience.
- Developing the on-demand Media income stream.
- Enhancing Whoosh P&L annually to support Online business profitability.
- Ensuring exceptional experience for Whoosh customers.
- Collaborating with Insight and Commercial teams to formulate range and pricing strategies.
- Leading an agile business squad, promoting agile practices and providing clarity through OKRs.
- Building and leading a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering their growth and success.
Key Requirements

- Understanding of online business models and economics.

Relevant experience:
- Team management and development, especially of multifunction teams.
- Proven track record in planning and delivering cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrated leadership in ecommerce or significant digital initiatives.
- Exposure to senior stakeholders and experience in collaborative, cross-functional business development.
