We lead the way in rehabilitation garments (Class1) and are the largest UK manufacturer of specialist custom compression garments supplied through therapy and orthotic professionals.

We provide technical support, exceptional quality products, and outstanding service to our customers. We are dedicated to providing the ultimate in therapy management, with the focus on improving patient quality of life.

The Position


Based at our head office in Long Eaton you will be part of the Customer Services team managing the processing and validation of customer orders and enquiries.

You will be focussed on ensuring all orders are moved through the system quickly and efficiently and any associated queries are dealt with in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all orders and quotations are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Ensuring all queries are dealt with in a fast and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring all information from customer orders is transferred exactly in the system and the resulting paperwork and labels meet all the required standards.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers.
  • Ensuring the working environment is neat, tidy and only contains current information.
  • Ensuring design paperwork is filed and stored neatly and securely.
  • Prioritising work as required.
  • Working in a respectful and professional manner with all other departments to maintain a harmonious and productive environment.
  • Working with managers and staff to evaluate and implement new practices towards a continuously improving business unit.

What you will bring

  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • At least 5 years experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent computer skills including the Office 365 suite.
  • Fast and efficient data input.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Drive and determination to resolve issues efficiently and effectively and to work as the customers friend and ally.
  • An eye for detail.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the company's complex product range.
