Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze customer health scores to identify areas for improvement

  • Provide exceptional customer support and issue resolution to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
