Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Yü Group. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to customer enquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and other teams across the business.
  • Support the collection and maintenance of customer data to enable efficient servicing of customers.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of our systems and processes to ensure customer queries are recorded and noted accurately.
  • Monitor and escalate any issues as appropriate to ensure all queries are resolved to the required standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the Energy Industry or a related field.
