Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers.
- Monitor customer accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.
- Previous experience in a customer success or customer support role from a B2B or telecoms industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus.
