About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
  • Develop and implement effective coaching and training programs to enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
