About the Role

Kerridge Commercial Systems Corp is a leading provider of trading and financial software solutions for the distribution, wholesale, and retail industries. We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Customer Success Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success strategies across various support teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Director to develop and implement customer success outcomes.
  • Work with the Global Customer Success Director to foster a culture of customer delight.
  • Manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and customer satisfaction across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Identify key performance metrics to measure customer technical health and implement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Implement and manage service improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients, with a strong understanding of customer success principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to grasp long-term goals and objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, virtual setting, with strong internal and external relationship-building skills.
