We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Digital Waffle. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical assistance to clients.
  • Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities to improve satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or customer support role from a B2B or telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Technical proficiency in telecommunications products and services.
