Our client has been an established Great Yarmouth manufacturing company for over 30 years and continues to thrive and grow.

With almost one hundred staff the company is dedicated to developing the best team with a great working environment, strong support and opportunities to help shape our future.

They have an immediate vacancy for a Customer Service Assistant to work within their dedicated team offering world class customer service to clients around the world.


The role:

  • This is a trainee position
  • In the first instance you will be required to receive and direct a high volume of incoming telephone calls and to provide a range of administrative support to our Sales and Customer Service teams.
  • At the same time, you will receive ongoing training in the wide range of duties undertaken by our team including preparation of quotes, order entry presale, and problem solving issues postsale with a view to taking on the wider Customer Service role once trained and confident.
Some compatible experience would be desirable, along with strong IT, written and verbal communication skills. However, character and enthusiasm are just as important to us.

Rewards:


The role has a competitive starting package with a salary around £22,000 per annum but most importantly is the opportunity to develop your career into a sales role within the company and build on the experience you have gained.

Full time: 39hrs/week
