As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for warmly greeting guests, efficiently managing appointments, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and our talented styling team.


Your excellent organizational skills will assist you in coordinating schedules, handling inquiries, and maintaining a tidy and inviting reception area.

A friendly and approachable demeaner is key, as you will be instrumental in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for our clients.

Join our dynamic team as a Front of House Coordinator, and be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service in a stylish and upbeat environment.


About You


You have a passion for hair, but also people, Harrods and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.


You are also someone who is:

  • Able to assist with retail sales of salon products.
  • Comfortable handling customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Competent in monitoring and addressing client feedback to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Able to collaborate with stylists, technicians, and other team members to maintain a positive working environment.
  • Confident assisting with hair washing.
