Valet Parking Driver

Valet parking is one of the most unique departments within Harrods. Often the first and last point of contact with our customers, the team here play a vital contribution to the world class service Harrods is known for.

**About the Role**

As a Driver in this team you will provide a warm welcome and ensure the process of parking at Harrods is smooth and easy. You will be greeting customers on entry and safely, confidently and efficiently parking their cars while following protocol. On occasion you will also be required to assist with front of house tasks, including some administration and POS transactions.

This role works in a shift pattern across 7 days.

**About You**

This unique department is looking for someone who can always deliver a quality service. You will be hard-working and able to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

You are a friendly person with an understanding that every interaction with a customer counts. You have strong team-work capabilities and a quality verbal communicator. You will also be:

- Over 25 and UK Driving Licence required (for insurance purposes).
- Hard-working and able to cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Have demonstrated customer service experience with an understanding that every interaction with a customer counts.
- Experienced driver in a professional setting (preferred).
- Open minded with a can-do attitude with great verbal communication skills.
- Trustworthy and with high levels of integrity and initiative.
