Shavata Singh, CEO & Founder of Shavata Brow Studio is a Brow Expert with over 30 years’ experience in taming unruly brows, a recognised leader in the beauty industry and a favourite with celebrities, press & influencers, London’s original Brow Queen is renowned for ‘creating the perfect arch.’

**The role & responsibilities**

We are currently looking to recruit a successful Front of House in one of our key London studios to lead the studio while offering treatments.

If you have a passion for the beauty industry and excellent customer service - then this role will be perfect for you

The role includes working under the supervision of the lead receptionist, answering calls, making bookings on our clinic system, greeting clients, taking payments and supporting the therapists and stylists. The contracted hours for this post are to be discussed following a successful interview.

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year Front of house/Receptionist retail experience
- 1 year threading experience
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Be a team player
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Welcome the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform other beauty treatments such as waxing, semi-permanent lashes, LVL lash lift and massages would be a bonus, however this is not essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Make appointment bookings using our online booking system
- To process payments
- To promote other services and products to customers as appropriate
- To fill in with beauty treatments when needed
- To smoothly take over the client's journey from the therapist/stylist and complete payments and appointment bookings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: £10.42-£11.50 per hour
