**Job Title
- Administration /Cashier Assistant**

**Report to - Store Manager /Stock Room Manager**

**Purpose of the Role**: - Front of house role as a cashier will be to work as part of a prestigious luxury brand and be responsible for working within a team of colleagues, as a cashier/admin assistant your client interaction will need to be excellent, while also providing a beyond reproach customer service by helping our clients through the purchase processes taking their details and leaving them feeling satisfied upon leaving the store. Back of House -as an administrative assistant, you will offer administrative support to key members of a company's business operations. here in the UK and in our head office in Turkey.

**Key Attributes & Responsibilities**
- Cash Till & Epos front of house - opening & closing the till.
- CRM (customer relations management) ensuring it is connected to the customer’s name and achieved with every customer, weekly report to be created.
- All cash and credit card sales are to be checked and confirmed. daily
- All sales have been deleted from the stock, work with the stock room manager every Monday to ensure this has been done.
- Working on the stock takes with the Stock Room Manager
- Ensuring all invoices are sent to Accountants in UK and Turkey every month
- All invoices are filled and paid and up to date -this must be checked weekly
- Weekly meeting with the Director to ensure all processes have been achieved
- Maintaining supplies -water, paper, coffee, water, tea, -all must be checked weekly
- Adept in technology to support other parts of the business operation example social media

**Skills Required**:

- Reporting skills, data entry, analysing information, writing company reports
- Micro office software skills & managing processes & being very organised
- Being Professional and always above reproach
- Problem-solving and working through problems skills
- Supply management & Inventory control experience
- Strong Verbal & Written communication
- Strong UpToDate technology experience

**Salary**: £24,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
