Call Center Representative

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products and services to customers
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
  • Follow company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
