Fusion People Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our team. As a key member of our sales administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless communication with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide direct liaison with external and internal customers, responding to queries and recording information in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead order book reviews with customers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is shared.
- Support the Business Manager in delivering key customer information and owning customer on-time delivery (OTD) for all customers under their responsibility.
- Attend daily production meetings, representing the voice of the customer and providing feedback on delivery failures.
- Work closely with Production Planning, Material Planning, and Operations to ensure robust information and commitments are achieved.
- Attend project reviews and understand customer expectations and requirements.
- Provide concise and quality technical and cost information on M&D inspection reports for customers, ensuring timely issuance.
- Enter and maintain customer orders on the MRP system, ensuring orders are acknowledged within 3 working days and have valid agreements via LTSA or Quotation.
- Respond to customers' Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and enquiries, liaising with customers for re-scheduling orders.
- Understand capacity constraints when entering customer orders and work closely with Production Planning and Material Planning to ensure commitments are achieved.
- Manage the Repair Sales & GRN in-tray's on a daily basis, ensuring reports are executed efficiently and filed in the appropriate folders.
- Control and progress the NSI process, assisting the Sales Administration team and ensuring all sales administration processes are executed and compliant with internal procedures, WMS, and Internal Control.
- Adhere to the company's Health, Safety & Environmental instructions and requirements at all times.
- Take on any other reasonable responsibilities or tasks within the employee's skills and abilities.
- Customer Service Manager
- Close working relationships with Sales Administration team, Business Managers, Material Planning, and Production Planning.
