Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Advisor to join our team in our Lettings Support Centre based in Wirral, Birkenhead. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords, and tenants.
  • Coordinate and prepare renewal of tenancies.
  • Liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carried out in time and to agreed standards.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Solid administration skills.
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
