What we offer

The Organisational Change Management practice is responsible for leveraging change to bring about a successful resolution as we manage the process and facilitate organisations transitioning from the current to a future desirable state using a coordinated andstructured approach in collaboration.

About the role

Management Consultants in the Organisational Change Management & Digital Transformation Consulting Practice will play a key role in client facing agile delivery.

You will have an awareness of - and interest in - how organisations are responding to the digital agenda and what this means for people, their roles and job transformation.

Our team shares knowledge and interacts with colleagues from around the world.

Required skill set and experience:

  • Strategic planning for change. This includes developing a case for change; agreeing the future state; evaluating our client's readiness for change.
  • Mobilising and leading the adoption of new technologies. This includes leading discussions and driving the establishment of a change network; leading discussions with senior sponsors in the advocacy for the change; acting as an escalation point to tacklestakeholder resistance; overseeing the delivery of communications and engagement strategies and plans.
  • Delivering change. This includes designing and delivering technology adoption strategies, addressing and rectifying issues related to user adoption of technology.

For example:
designing and delivering an end user training and learning programme for a privateor public sector department.

  • Organisational Design. This includes leading the alignment of organisational structures, developing roles and responsibilities and workforce planning.
  • Sales: Competent in contributing to bid submissions and pitches to support and achieve OCM growth ambitions.
  • Team management: Confident to build and lead high performing teams that deliver results for our clients and company.

Desired skill set and experience:

  • Experience of the Consulting sector and in roles specifically supporting or managing change.
  • Experience of collaboration tools and digital platforms (such as the MS O365 suite, SAP and Salesforce).
  • Ability and willingness to rapidly develop skills, while operating in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in a second European language such as French, German or Spanish.
This role is UK based and may require specify if UK/domestic travel, as the need arises.
