We are seeking an experienced and skilled Organisational Development (OD) professional to join our team as a Head of Organisational Development and Change. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organisation, Camden and Islington NHS Foundation Trust, to drive culture change and improve organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive OD strategy to drive culture change and improve organisational performance.
- Lead and manage a team of OD professionals to deliver OD interventions and projects.
- Work closely with senior leaders and managers to identify and address organisational development needs.
- Design and deliver OD training and development programmes to improve leadership and management skills.
- Conduct organisational diagnostics and analyses to identify critical OD needs and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to address gaps in workforce supply and demand.
- Provide specialist advice and support to senior leaders and managers on OD and change management.
We are looking for an experienced and skilled OD professional with a strong track record of delivering culture change and organisational development projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant experience in OD and change management.
- Proven track record of delivering complex culture change projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and managers.
