About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Organisational Development professional to join our team as Head of Organisational Development and Change. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our organisation to drive culture change, improve performance, and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Organisational Development strategy to drive culture change and improve performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of Organisational Development professionals to deliver high-quality interventions and support.
  • Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions to drive organisational change.
  • Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct organisational diagnostics and analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of change management programmes to support cultural and organisational change.
Requirements
  • Graduate level education and/or professional qualification in Organisational Development or a related field.
  • Significant experience in delivering complex culture change at team and system level.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality Organisational Development interventions and support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build the capability of others through coaching and mentoring.
