We are seeking a Property Maintenance Apprentice to work as part of our in-house maintenance team.

The post would suit someone with a keen interest in maintenance who wishes to gain both practical and college-based tutorial experience in a number of trades including electrical, plumbing, basic carpentry, painting and decorating, whilst achieving an NVQ Level Two qualification.

The role involves being an integral part of a dynamic and busy estates maintenance team at LVS Ascot.

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday, , 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. 1 day per week to be spent on day release at college during term time. Uniform, tools and lunch is provided.
