Personal Support Specialist

SRM Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide top-level support to a senior stakeholder, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily business operations, ensuring preparation for high-level meetings and presentations.
- Manage financial records, including bookkeeping, bills, and expenses, to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and other business-related tasks, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Source and manage external vendors and contractors as required, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
- Track personal expenses and collaborate with the accountant to classify spending, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely payments and manage financial records, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, to ensure seamless and stress-free travel experiences.
- Oversee membership and booking management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

- Address any maintenance or property-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Organize logistical arrangements for visits, ensuring seamless and stress-free experiences.
- Liaise with local property managers for ongoing maintenance and project work, ensuring high-quality services and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor local expenditures and manage budgets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial information.
- Handle property-related administration, including taxes, bills, and insurance, to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with portfolio companies, personal contractors, and external partners, ensuring seamless and efficient execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
