Distribution Coordinator.
In this role you will provide efficient and effective administrative support within a busy and friendly office environment. The role will require a high level of customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and coordinate various logistics providers.
- Engage with external logistics suppliers to ensure accurate and up to date information is provided regarding vehicle and motorcycle movements
- Accurately and efficiently administer all Open Delivery, Direct Delivery, Retailer Transfer, Self-Collect and Motorcycle requests.
- Monitor, record, and report on performance of all contracted logistics suppliers using various Excel based worksheets.
The person:
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent and confident communication skills.
- High level of Excel experience would be required.
- A knowledge of the automotive and vehicle logistics industry
This is full time position working Monday to Friday 37.5H a week
