We are looking to recruit a dedicated and proactive individual for the role of ECHO Education Coordinator. This position will collaborate closely with the current ECHO Education Lead.

The ECHO initiative is designed to meet the educational and career development needs of the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Integrated Care System, focusing on enhancing the skills of hard-to-reach healthcare and support personnel across the regions.

Key Responsibilities

Project ECHO (Extension of Community Healthcare Outcomes) represents a groundbreaking approach to learning within the healthcare sector. It is an online platform that connects health and care organizations, fostering the exchange of knowledge, best practices, and mutual support.

Project ECHO enables the provision of a complimentary and customized training and educational program throughout South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw, addressing various training needs across multiple locations. The partners in Doncaster, Bassetlaw, and Rotherham are leading the way in delivering interactive teleconferencing education. ECHO is adaptable and responsive to the educational demands of the workforce, offering training on diverse health and care subjects, including end-of-life care, learning disabilities, adult mental health, infection prevention and control, and mentorship. Collaborating with the Doncaster & Bassetlaw Community Education Network and educational colleagues across Rotherham, the successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality training and education through tele-ECHO.
