Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Education Business Team, the successful candidate will:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of various services within the Education Business Team and the broader Education and Research Directorate.
  • Provide specialized operational expertise to ensure the effective functioning of services and systems.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data management to support timely and effective educational and research initiatives.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
  • Provide coverage for other coordinators and facilitators within the Directorate to maintain consistent service provision across all sites.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience with electronic procurement systems (preferably Oracle).
  • Familiarity with bespoke electronic systems utilized in the Education and Research Directorate.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Relevant further or higher education qualifications related to this role (ideally in education, management, or IT/digital).
  • A good standard of general education, including GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications.
