About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our busy Sales Admin team at Lidl. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores by providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective communication between Head Office, Stores, Area Managers, and Regional Distribution Centre colleagues
- Accurately upload daily, weekly, and monthly reports via various platforms
- Take care of booking and logging travel requirements for regional colleagues
- Keep our stores running by ordering store signage, stationery, and replacement uniforms
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow between teams
Requirements
- A methodical approach with strong PC skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- An eye for detail, outstanding organizational skills, and confidence communicating at all levels
- The ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Able to perform administrative tasks with ease
