Sales Support Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at Lidl. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores by providing administrative support to our sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide effective communication between Head Office, Stores, Area Managers, and Regional Distribution Centre colleagues
- Accurately upload daily, weekly, and monthly reports via various platforms
- Take care of booking and logging travel requirements for regional colleagues
- Keep our stores running by ordering store signage, stationery, and replacement uniforms
- Ensure that things are running smoothly by keeping everyone in the loop with the information they need
Requirements
- A methodical approach with strong PC skills and an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- An eye for detail, outstanding organization skills, and confidence communicating at all levels
- The ability to multi-task and beat deadlines
- Able to perform administrative work effortlessly
