Reporting to COO within this small Pensions Trustee firm, this role will develop a cross functional change management framework and reporting capability.
Developing formal change and project management methods and reporting regular updates to the senior leadership team as well as the CEO.
Define and implement a change management framework.Develop project resource management and reporting tools.
Work across the organisation to identify projects and develop business cases with project sponsors.
Act as a Project Manager on key business projects.
Be involved with all elements of a project lifecycle including business case definition, analysis, initiation, planning, testing, training and budget management as required.
Undertaking any other duties as directed by Interim COO or CEO to support the growth of the organisation.Ability to think strategically about business needs, to manage stakeholders and strive for improvements in quality and efficiency.
Proven five years change management experience ideally in a Defined Benefit (DB) pensions, investments or financial services environment.
Proven experience implementing change management methodology and processes.
Proven experience as a Project Manager.
Experience of working on pension scheme administration and/or investment transition projects.
Experience of working on data insights and analytics projects.
Experience of working on efficiency or transformation projects.
