About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Change and Transformation Risk Manager to join our Transformation and Change team at Cynergy Bank Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of transformation and change risks across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to assess and monitor transformation and change risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change delivery.
  • Work with the change delivery team to ensure that change activities support business objectives within established risk tolerance.
  • Conduct gap analysis on new and emerging guidance and lead the Change and Transformation delivery organization in adoption.
  • Support the development of frameworks and standards for project management governance and control.
Requirements
  • Experience of banking change delivery risk management.
  • Experience of change delivered through 3rd parties, in-house and hybrid.
  • Stakeholder management.
