Join Our Team as a Change Manager

Mason Blake, a boutique asset management house, is seeking a skilled Change Manager to lead projects from start to finish. Reporting to the Head of Change, you will be responsible for delivering projects across the business, including strategic, operational, regulatory, and efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations and Front Office, to drive change initiatives.
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a boutique asset management house.
  • Strong understanding of PRINCE 2 methodology and ability to apply it in a project environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
  • Previous experience with Charles River is a plus.
