Job Title: Commercial Change Manager

CityFibre Limited is seeking a skilled Commercial Change Manager to join our team. As the UK's largest fibre-only network, we're committed to setting new standards for digital infrastructure.

The successful candidate will support the Head of Commercial Change in centralising and communicating commercial changes to our ISP customers. This will involve creating a roadmap for commercial change, setting up processes and systems to gather inputs from the business, and ensuring that customers can effectively plan for and manage changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a commercial change roadmap to ensure predictability and manageability of changes.
  • Establish processes and systems to gather inputs from the business and communicate changes to customers.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure effective planning and management of changes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in supporting the development and implementation of commercial change roadmaps or large transformation programmes.
  • Previous experience in gathering and scoping out current processes to streamline and set centralised processes and systems.
