Commercial Change Manager

As the UK's largest fibre-only network, CityFibre is setting new standards for digital infrastructure. Our network is designed from scratch for the internet, making it greener, more reliable, and future-proof.

We're looking for a Commercial Change Manager to join our team in London. This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working, with two days spent in our London office.

As a Commercial Change Manager, you will support the Head of Commercial Change in centralising and communicating all commercial change externally to our ISP customers. You will ensure that customer organisations can effectively plan, consume, manage, and budget changes in a timely fashion.

You will input into the creation of a Commercial Change roadmap, ensuring all internal stakeholders and key customers know which change is communicated and when. You will also set up processes and systems to gather inputs from the business about commercial changes that need to be communicated to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the development and implementation of a commercial change roadmap or large transformation programmes
  • Gathering and scoping current processes to streamline and set centralised processes and systems
  • Ensuring business areas can effectively communicate commercial changes to their customers

We're looking for someone with experience in supporting the development and implementation of commercial change roadmaps or large transformation programmes. Previous experience in gathering and scoping out current processes to streamline and set centralised processes and systems is also essential.
