Main responsibilities:
- To support the room leader in the nursery.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent and visitor at all times
- Provide engaging and purposeful experiences, environments and resources to children, that are appropriate to their age.
- Report any child safeguarding or protection matters, including allegations and serious accidents/injuries to management
- Provide the allaround daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development
Requirements and skills:
- Fluent in written and spoken English essential
- Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements desirable
