We are looking for an additional member to join our successful, and professional Referrals and Enquiries Team.

Based in Andover, you will provide a single point of contact and support to the public and professionals wishing to access our Carer Support, Dementia Advice and Well-being services across Hampshire.


As our Referrals and Enquiries Officer, you will be enthusiastic, passionate, and working within our current dynamic team, continue to provide a high quality, efficient and effective response to service users, organisations, general public and our staff across all sites within Hampshire.


You will have experience of working in a professional capacity on a helpline or frontline service, and have experience of handling sensitive, and emotionally difficult confidential calls.


Reporting to the Referrals and Enquiries Team Manager, the post holder will have a high level of adult health and care knowledge, including elements within safeguarding as well as admin skills.

The role is based in our Andover Head Office working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
