About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our Hampshire team, working in and around the Andover area. As a key member of our housing services team, you will provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers, building strong communities that our customers are proud to live in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage properties, dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management, using a risk-based approach.
  • Work closely with customers daily, supporting them with tenancy enquiries and addressing tenancy breaches, creating action plans and enforcing tenancy conditions as necessary.
  • Conduct neighbourhood inspections, liaising with relevant colleagues to remedy any repairs or maintenance.

About You

We are looking for an experienced customer-facing professional with a strong background in tenancy and estate management. You will have a good knowledge of housing practice and legislation, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work at pace. You must be organised, able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload, and possess a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
