About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Neighbourhood Officer to join our Hampshire team, working in and around the Andover area. As a key member of our team, you will provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers, building communities they are proud to live in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties, dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management, using a risk-based approach.
  • Work closely with customers daily, supporting them with tenancy enquiries and addressing tenancy breaches, creating action plans and enforcing tenancy conditions.
  • Conduct neighbourhood inspections, liaising with relevant colleagues to remedy any repairs or maintenance.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong approach to daily challenges.
  • Tenancy and estate management experience, with a good knowledge of housing practice and legislation.
  • Ability to flexibly respond to unplanned situations, with confidence to think on your feet and problem-solve in the moment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work at pace and handle challenging situations with a wide variety of customers.
  • Organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing demands.
  • Proficient user of IT, including the Microsoft office suite.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
