Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Neighbourhood Officer. As a key member of our housing team, you will play a vital role in providing an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers, building strong and supportive communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage properties and tenancies, dealing with all aspects of estate management.
  • Provide a risk-based approach to landlord services, ensuring the needs of our customers are met.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our business objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of our colleagues through our leader and colleague development frameworks.
