The role


The Billing and Collections Operations team are responsible for the billing, payment and collections processes for the Consumer fixed line and mobile base at TalkTalk.


Responsible for assuring the billing, payment and collection processes are completed in a timely and accurate manner, working in harmony with partners, whilst ensuring that the customer impact is at the forefront of our decision making.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the several query inboxes, processing and tracking, ensuring a firstclass experience for our internal customers
  • Process, review and action any post that is received by the team.
  • Carry out manual workarounds where needed until fixes can be implemented.
  • Support the team with daily processing tasks
Skills required to be successful in the role- Communication- Prioritisation- Attention to detail- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Team player
