**ROLE PURPOSE**
Leep Utilities owns and operates regulated and non-regulated multi-utility networks across the UK. With sites in MediaCityUK, Liverpool Waters and Canary Wharf, our broad range of capabilities includes electricity, water and wastewater, alongside heating, cooling and hot water services.
Leep is the result of a joint venture between the independent mid-market infrastructure investment manager, Ancala Partners LLP and one of the UK’s leading private real estate investment and infrastructure companies, The Peel Group. We deliver straightforward connections throughout the UK and hold the relevant licenses that allow us to adopt regulated utilities on new developments.
Reporting to the newly appointed Billing Team Manager, this role is responsible for production of timely and accurate bills for our heating, hot water, and electricity customers. We’re looking for someone who has a great eye for detail and loves delivering an exception customer service.
**PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete accurate monthly and quarterly bills across domestic and commercial customers.
- Handle complex enquiries received from customers regarding bill value, meter reads etc.
- Support in day-to-day administration of customer base to improve reporting, including onboarding and tenant changes.
- Provide timely information for reporting purposes.
- Investigate complex customer bills and provide clear outcomes for customers.
- Work towards improving processes to deliver higher billing accuracy.
- Work as part of a wider team to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Ensure billing processes allow for easier cash collection and better revenue assurance.
- Support on Collections for your customer base when required.
- Any other duties required as requested by your manager.

- Experience in complex billing with varying tariffs and charges.
- Strong investigation skills with a super keen eye for detail.
