We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to join our team at Marlowe Fire & Security. As a key member of our invoicing team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily database of open engineering jobs
- Generate and process invoices on a daily basis
- Chase internal departments for required information to enable invoicing
- Submit customer reports and upload invoices to customer portals
- Investigate and resolve invoice queries and raise credit notes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date invoicing database
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the business
- Retrieve and process phone and email messages within SLA
- Manage customer queries and complaints to resolution
- Process orders to ensure all work is completed and invoices are created
- Proactively manage customer workload and costs
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective response to customers and work completion within SLA
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to workload
- Ability to work independently with a passion to learn
- Excellent administration skills
- Customer-focused with ability to resolve queries efficiently
