Business Administration Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity to start your career with Total Training Provision as a Business Administration Apprentice. You will be working in a busy team to support the growth of the business.

You will gain a nationally recognised qualification at level 3, as well as gaining on the job work experience whilst earning a salary of £5.28 per hour, this will be reviewed on completion of the apprenticeship. The working week is Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm.

The Main Duties and Responsibilities are:

  • Providing office support including customer and employee support.
  • Keeping well-organized files and records of business activity.
  • Typing reports and sending to clients.
  • Keeping computer databases up to date.
  • Marketing websites.
  • Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person.
  • Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department.
  • Taking phone messages and passing them on.
  • Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering.
  • Booking appointments.
  • Invoicing.
  • Using spreadsheets to track enquires.
  • Collecting and inputting company data.
  • Making travel arrangements for employees.
  • Learning about the company's mission and available products/services.
  • Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them.
  • Building relationships with clients.
  • Preparing documents by printing.
  • Writing and editing company correspondence.
  • Collecting and sorting post.
