You will wow our customers with consistently phenomenal service both on the phone and via email.Working closely with our bonded warehouse, our network of transporters and suppliers in order to ensure they understand what they need to do to guarantee we deliver our promises.
You will ideally have a minimum of one years' experience working in a busy customer service environment and will be driven to exceed your customers' expectations on a daily basis.
The phone is a mega important piece of kit for us, you need to be confident on the phone and have an amazing telephone manner.
If the phone is ringing we pick up quickly, simple as. Communication skills including the ability to write and speak articulately due to an excellent command of the English language.You will be computer literate with good Microsoft Office skills.
