The Role

Here's how you'll do it:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and softwarerelated issues promptly.
  • Offer exceptional IT Support by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour, ensuring a positive user experience.
  • Utilise remote access tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues on users' devices when appropriate.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel team members or colleagues when necessary.
  • Contribute to and maintain a knowledge base, support documentation for users, and network diagrams.
  • Assist in supporting our company ERP system.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong organisational skills
  • Work well in time pressured situations.
  • Ability to empathise with users.
  • Ability to remain professional when interacting with difficult and reactive users.
  • Motivation to resolve user queries accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong drive to learn.

Ideally, you'll also:

  • Have a driving license.
  • Be willing to travel between our different sites (when required).
  • Be comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
  • Have experience with computer hardware and software (PC's, Laptops, Switches, Printers, Window 10/11, Microsoft Office).
  • Have previous experience in a similar 1st line role or support position.
  • Have a Level 2 IT certificate or similar IT qualification.
